Founding Partner of ADL Consulting, he has been Head of National and European Regulatory Affairs at Terna SpA and Head of Institutional Affairs at Edison SpA. He has worked at Siemens in Rome, Berlin and Erlangen. He teaches Digital Lobbying and Public Affairs Management in the EMBA at POLIMI Graduate School of Management (GSOM) and at the Scuola Nazionale dell’Amministrazione, Italy’s National School of Administration.
Claudio holds a master’s degree in electrical engineering from “La Sapienza” University in Rome and a Ph.D. in engineering management with a final dissertation in power system economics and a Master in business engineering from “Tor Vergata” University in Rome.
She joined ADL Consulting in 2012, where she has built extensive experience in strategic consulting. Her work focuses on political analysis and institutional stakeholder engagement. She leads projects that call for a sharp reading of context, strong relationship-building skills and an understanding of the balance between different players.
Over the years, she has added training programmes, events and positioning initiatives with institutional stakeholders to this work, always operating at the intersection of data, relationships and strategy. With a degree in Political Science, she began her career in communications and marketing at Quotidiano Energia. That experience introduced her to energy issues and showed her how central the relationship between companies, institutions and the political landscape is to decision-making.
He has been part of the ADL Consulting team since 2014, where he leads the team responsible for legislative monitoring and political and institutional analysis across sectors ranging from Energy and Digital to Industry, Life Sciences and Welfare.
With a passion for journalism and literature, he previously served as Assistant to the Editor-in-Chief of the online daily LabParlamento and hosted a political commentary segment on the radio station Radio Roma Capitale. He is a graduate in Political Science and Communication from LUISS Guido Carli.
Since joining ADL Consulting in 2019, where she has brought together her passion for digital and her interest in public affairs, she oversees the development of ADL Consulting’s digital products and of smart solutions for analysing clients’ positioning and assessing their reputation. She also coordinates the optimisation of internal processes through ADL Consulting’s proprietary technology and AI solutions.
She is responsible for integrated communication strategies, brand reputation, events and social media advocacy for clients. Her thesis on Corporate Social Responsibility centred on the link between public affairs and corporate responsibility. Building on it, in 2023 she developed the theme of Corporate Political Responsibility with ADL. She also specialises in the digital reporting of public affairs activities. She holds a degree in Organisation and Marketing for Corporate Communication from Sapienza University of Rome and specialised in digital marketing through experience at start-ups and communication agencies.
Since joining ADL Consulting in 2021, he has led the team dedicated to KMIND®, ADL Consulting’s proprietary digital platform and flagship product, overseeing client implementation, training and periodic reporting. He specialises in public affairs and lobbying in the energy sector, focusing in particular on the evolving legislative and regulatory framework, legislative drafting and public policy analysis.
He graduated in Political Science from the University of Messina and went on to earn a master’s degree in International Relations from LUISS Guido Carli in Rome. With a keen interest in geopolitics, he obtained a diploma in International Politics from ISPI and worked with the Department for European Policies of the Presidency of the Council of Ministers.
She joined ADL Consulting in October 2022, where she leads the team dedicated to the digital sector. Her focus is on competition law, the regulation of new technologies and audiovisual media services. Over the years she has also specialised in media relations, which she developed further through a training course at Scuola Holden.
She holds a degree in Economics and Management from LUISS Guido Carli in Rome. She also earned a double degree in Economics and International Relations from the Università della Svizzera italiana and ASERI, the Graduate School of Economics and International Relations of the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore. She began her career at the Presidency of the Council of Ministers, in the cabinet office of the Minister for the South and Cohesion Policies.
He joined the ADL Consulting team in 2024, where he focuses on legislative monitoring and political-institutional analysis. He graduated in Political Science and International Relations and earned a master’s degree with honors in Public Administration and Policy from the University of Roma Tre.
Within the ADL Consulting team, she supports public affairs and digital lobbying activities. She has gained experience in multinational companies, working on digital transformation for the public sector, regulatory analysis, legislative monitoring, and the drafting of position papers and national and European consultation responses.
Graduated in Economics and Management from Bocconi University in Milan, she earned a Master’s degree in Economics and Management of Government and International Organizations from the same university. She loves travelling and learning new languages.
Within the ADL Consulting team, she is responsible for legislative monitoring and political-institutional analysis. She has gained professional experience in institutional relations and corporate communications. She is interested in innovation and sustainability, with particular attention to ongoing transformations at the European level.
Graduated in Political Science and International Relations from the University of Parma, she then obtained a Master’s degree in Policies and Governance in Europe at LUISS Guido Carli. During her studies, she developed skills in the analysis of decision-making processes and European political and institutional dynamics.
Within the ADL team, she supports policy intelligence activities, with a particular focus on reporting and stakeholder mapping. She has gained experience in institutional settings, conducting research and legislative and regulatory analysis in support of economic and political dossiers.
Her interests focus on public policy analysis and the use of data to interpret decision-making processes and regulatory environments. Graduated in Political Science and International Relations, she holds a Master’s degree in Development and International Cooperation from Sapienza University of Rome.
He has spent his professional life in the fields of finance and energy. He worked for the Bank of Italy for 17 years, with various positions in Rome and Brussels. This was followed by experiences in Enel, GlaxoSmithkline, InvestinItaly, Edison, TAP (Trans Adriatic Pipeline) and Assogas.
He appreciates challenges and believes that the person always comes first and then the professional. He is convinced that stakeholder management creates value for companies and institutional interlocutors, as long as it is carried out with professionalism and transparency. He graduated in Political Science at Luiss in 1983.
